TERMS & CONDITIONS

- To confirm a booking, a deposit of 50% is required via bank transfer, and the balance is to be paid by cheque within 5 business days from the final day of training.
|
- For outstation training, a transportation & accommodation fee will be levied, depending on the location of the training venue.
|
- Please provide a minimum of 15 working days notice in advance with regards to the confirmation of the booking.
|
- The venue and logistics (projector, whiteboard, flipchart board) are to be provided by the client, unless special arrangements have been made with the trainer.
|
- In the event of a training cancellation, the training deposit will be forfeited.
